Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At SimpliLo, our goal is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, both before and after your purchase. Please review the following terms to avoid any inconvenience.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled prior to shipment by emailing at care.simplilo@gmail.com or contacting us via WhatsApp at +91-9630749799 with your Order ID. Once your order is canceled, we will send you a confirmation message on same mode from which cancellation is initiated from you.

Return/Refund Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, missing parts, or differs from what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. The product must be in its original packaging, unused.

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to raise a complaint. Upon verifying the details, we will arrange a pickup from your address and refund will be initiated within 1-2 days post receipt of the item in our warehouse in its original condition. Once refund is initiated, it may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your source bank account.

If a product is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost, as Customer Satisfaction is our priority.
